OUR HISTORY
Founded in November 2003, Zion Consulting Group, LLC is a real estate and business development advisory firm serving clients nationwide. Our clientele includes corporations, nonprofit organizations, religious institutions, hospitals, and other mission-driven entities committed to creating social impact.
Zion has advised on a wide range of projects, including commercial mixed-use developments, retail properties, and both for-sale and rental residential properties, with project values ranging from $2 million to over $60 million. With active clients in major markets across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Georgia, California, and Illinois, Zion Consulting Group continues to deliver strategic and effective solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
